[tfctoastmasters:414] June 20th Toastmasters Meeting Potluck/Roles

Hello Toastmasters,

We are 1 week away from our club's 5-year celebration potluck/officer elections/speak-a-thon!  I'll be confirming with all of our speakers later this week, but wanted to get a jump-start on soliciting evaluators, a timer, and a grammarian/ah counter.  As a reminder, to accommodate our speakers, we will only have *written evaluations* (which will also include keeping track of time and filler words).  Please email me off-line if you are interested (or can confirm) filling any of these roles.  Thank you kindly.

 

As a potluck also involves coordinating eats and drinks, please let me know offline what you can bring to share and I'll try to coordinate so we have a good mix of offerings.  I am calling a chocolate cake (sans candles).   

 

At the end of the meeting we will hold elections for our club officers.  A description of officer roles can be found here.
