Karl Kadon ('07) and another '07 grad are looking for an additional roommate to share a three-level townhouse from now until - end of August (option to stay after August). We are in a small community directly behind the courthouse metro. Community has a pool and fitness center, is convenient to Whole Foods and Trader Joes, and is just a short walk to shops and restaurants. Room comes with its own full bath. House comes with large kitchen and living room, tons of storage space, and brand new washer and dryer. Room can be furnished (double bed, bookshelf, dresser, lamp) or unfurnished.
